InsulThane
NCFI’s InsulThane is a low-density spray polyurethane foam (SPF) system designed for in-plant spray applications across industries where lightweight durability and thermal properties are crucial.

How InsulThane Works
InsulThane is a two-component polyurethane foam that is mixed and sprayed onto surfaces to form an insulating, void-filling, or flotation material. Upon application, the foam expands rapidly, curing in seconds to create a strong, durable bond to substrates. The system's unique formulation offers a low viscosity, providing ease of application across various surfaces with minimal waste.

Common Uses
Whether your priority is safety, aesthetics, or durability, our wide variety of densities and reactivities make NCFI’s InsulThane the ideal choice for OEM manufacturers in markets like aerospace, décor and design, spa, and more.
- Aircraft Interior Insulation
- Aerospace Thermal and Sound Insulation
- Spa and Hot Tub Insulation
- Decorative Set Pieces and Themed Environments
- Film and Theater Props
- Flotation Devices
- Wildlife Exhibits
