Commerical Polyurethane Foam Insulation

InsulBloc provides superior insulation with higher R-values per unit thickness compared to other commercial insulation options. It can be applied to any masonry or construction material, including concrete block, concrete, brick, metal, wood, laminates, and exterior sheathing boards, and it conforms to any geometric shape, insulating around brick ties, corners, angles and curves. InsulBloc leaves no gaps or joints, eliminating thermal bridging and thermal bypass associated with preformed boards.

The Challenge: Balancing Efficiency and Durability

Masonry and concrete walls, whether solid or cavity construction, often struggle with high heat transfer, creating cold surfaces that promote condensation, water damage, and mold growth. Traditional insulation methods, like fiber-based materials or rigid boards, leave gaps and seams, compromising energy efficiency and moisture control. Cavity walls add complexity with water-seal coatings and preformed insulation boards that leave voids at joints and restrict design flexibility. Sealing transitions between materials like steel and masonry is especially difficult, resulting in air, water, and heat infiltration. These challenges drive up energy costs and limit architectural options, making a reliable solution essential.

    The Solution: Impermeable Spray-Applied Technology

Applied as a liquid, Insulboc expands within seconds to create a continuous, seamless barrier, filling every gap and seam. This adaptable solution ensures tight seals, even in challenging transitions between roof decks and walls. The result is a complete defense against heat, air, and moisture infiltration. This means not only significant energy savings but also healthier indoor environments with reduced risks of mold and water damage.

    The Result: A Long-Term Advantage

InsulBloc provides the ideal solution for today’s commercial construction challenges—without exceeding the budget of conventional insulation systems. It’s the insulation choice that supports your vision while ensuring durability and efficiency for decades to come.
