A well known old storage Panel manufacturer made a call to NCFI looking for a class 1 panel system for manufacturing extremely large panels. Panels Measured 28’ long by 4’ wide and 5” thick. In addition to the large size of the panel, the panel presses were configured vertically to save space in their facility. Flow requirements for panels of this size were severe and the customer wished to foam the panels in one shot with a 30 minute turn-around time.

NCFI selected their NCFI 23-026 High Flow panel system for the project as the 23-026 system has proven to give superior flow to competitors systems, yielding panels with no voids and consistent density throughout the entire panel. The foam produced in these panels yielded superior insulation properties, good dimensional stability and superior adhesion to the metal skins.

NCFI 23-026 solved the customers’ problem with a competitors system not having enough flow to fill a panel of this size by providing a UL listed HFO blown panel foam with extraordinary flow while at the same time saving the customer money by eliminating poorly filled panels with poor adhesion.
